ferns: autumn & bird's nest

I coudn't help myself. I had to get this big bird's nest fern. I have such a tiny terrarium one that I absolutely had to take this home. It's very crinkly and has a big nest.

Since these like humidity, I am thinking of making pebble trays with water.

The autumn fern is uncontrollable in that there are smaller leaves in the center that are being covered by the big leaves on top. I don't know how I should groom it or just leave it alone, but so far have left it alone. It's growing in a dark corner with no light. The bird's nest fern gets some indirect light, but mostly shade.
